LaSalle Investment Management - Graduate Interview (London)

Anyone have any experience of interviews with LIM? They've said it is a 2:1 competency interview, I know sometimes this sort of brief isn't kept to. Should I expect some technical questions as well? Information seems to be quite sparse, if anyone knows how many they hire/how many rounds there are/compensation etc. that would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to avoid simply asking "WSO do my interview prep" but if anyone has any advice on stuff I should definitely know that would help - my RE experience has been on the services side mostly.

Thanks all.

EDIT: I saw there were previous threads on this topic, but I was unsure on this forums 'bumping' etiquette so I made a new one.

Not sure if helpful but all I've heard so far, is that this 2:1 competency interview is for them to understand a bit more about you and your motivations for the role. I believe if you're successful at this stage then you'll be invited to attend an assessment centre that will take place a few weeks later.

Does anyone else have any info to add? Such as what type of competency questions they ask? I'd also be very grateful if anyone has anything to contribute as I am also in the same position as RE UK. Thanks.
