LaSalle Investment Management Interview

Hi all,

First of all Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I will have an interview with LaSalle Investment Management early next year. A bit of a surprise to me as I don't even know if they sponsor Visa for non-EU citizens (do they?). They said to me it will be competency based but I wonder if there is any other thing I should know (types of questions, examples etc..). In addition, I have tried to search around this forum for information about them but without much success. Of course I have searched through the net but it would be great if someone can give me some recent information about the company and their analyst program (level of competitiveness, number of analysts each year, compensation...). This position is for London btw.

Appreciate all the help

How'd you get the interview? Had an interview with them, I think it was for $65K w/ 10-15% bonus.. not sure, just know how to talk about your resume.

Hey just want to bump this up because I passed through their first round already. I am going to their second round latter this month. They didn't say much about its structure so I am hoping to get some info from you guys.
