Lazard M&A - Real Estate
I have a first round with Lazard Real Estate M&A coming up. I'd appreciate any advice on suggested material to know/prepare. How well versed should I be in real estate specific information. Thanks.

is this specifically for m&a? i know lazard has one of the top re ib groups, but right now they mostly do restructuring work, for fairly obvious reasons.
