LBA Realty Reputation, Comp etc
Hello,
Does anyone have any insight into LBA Realty (LBA Logistics) in terms of culture, hours, reputation and comp. The role would be in one of their regional offices but any insight would be very helpful!

LBA is a great firm and is highly regarded in socal. I worked in brokerage on the financing side and we did a ton of deals with those guys, really smart. From my understanding analysts and associates had their work cut out for them, but I don’t think it was over the top and with that being said I think they have a good culture. I can’t speak towards comp though.
