LBA is a great firm and is highly regarded in socal. I worked in brokerage on the financing side and we did a ton of deals with those guys, really smart. From my understanding analysts and associates had their work cut out for them, but I don’t think it was over the top and with that being said I think they have a good culture. I can’t speak towards comp though.
