Learn SQL, Python, R at current job or seek RE opportunity? Career Advice.

Current CB summer intern.

I've got the possibility of staying with my current institution through the school year part-time in a new department learning how to code (mostly SQL, but also a bit of Python, VBA and R). Everyone in the RE industry talks about starting early and getting your reps in, and I am interested in making the transition from CB to RE eventually. I love real estate, and I am studying for REFM on the side as well. I don't want the work experience I am committing for my senior year to be wasted so I am at a crossroads.

Should I stick it out during my senior year to learn how to code (which may be hugely beneficial for RE, I am just ignorant), or look for new opportunities in the RE industry to start getting some useful experience asap.
