Learning resources for REPE

Hi All,

Lurked for awhile and finally have something worth posting/asking.

Recently landed and then started an internship this summer at a fairly niche boutique REPE firm.  To try and keep this short I’ll explain it this way: the internship structured with two focuses: a less technical intern project and learning the technicals of acquisitions and investment analysis. I know I’ll learn as I work, but I want to make sure my mentor’s time is used as efficiently as possible and want to steepen my learning curve.  Are there any resources/exercises/reading materials/literally anything beneficial you’d recommend for learning when I’m outside the office?  I’m new to CRE and genuinely just want to start from the ground up and absorb anything and everything.
