Leasing Broker / Tenant Rep - Questions
What is the most effective way to reach out to corporate backed or strong franchisees for empty retail and office space? I joined a team recently and have been given a project to lease out all of our empty retail and office space in a HCOL area.
Has anyone gone through the same experience as a new leasing broker?
