Leasing vs Ten Rep

Considering going into one of these lines of work but I essentially have no insight into either of these aside from that they are cold-call heavy sales jobs with some negotiation sprinkled in? Correct me if Im wrong.

  1. What are the best and worst aspects or moments of these?

  2. How do they differ from one another on a day to day basis?

  3. What are the exit ops from either of these? I know you can go into inhouse leasing for example, is there an equivalent for tenant rep?

  4. How cyclical are these two lines of work?
