Legal doc resources
Are there any resources that I can give to some junior team members to help them become more acclimated to legal documents, such as PSAs, loan documents, JV agreements, etc.?
Some have been asking since, through the pandemic and the capital markets environment, the natural way of learning this, in my opinion, of just reps and learning by being a fly on the wall, etc., hasn't produced a deep track record of reps. I want to see if there are any resources for this.
