If you had access to any Intellectual Property from any and all REPE firms, which top 3 files are you saving on your USB?
Totally hypothetical in that I'm trying to gauge what files/documents (IP) people find most valuable.
Perhaps it's your firm's NNN lease template, or acquisition underwriting model, or a highly convoluted JV operating agreement, or a going-in PCA for a property your firm worked on, transformed, and sold, or a DD checklist, or an internal performance report, etc. etc. etc.
Which 3 files are you saving for life? Bonus if you answer "why" to those.

I know there's some cash flow distribution spreadsheet for multifamily that's been floating around since the early 00s by my guess. I've encountered 4 different funds that have used it to varying degrees.
