Link Logistics Modeling Test
I am taking an Excel test for an Analyst position next week. Has anyone taken one of these, and can you share some info on what I should expect? Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!

Given that they only do industrial, this kinda narrows things down pretty well for you. I’d expect either development or existing acquisition model, yield on cost, levered/unlevered metrics, and maybe debt metrics. Should be very easy tbh
Did you take the test ? can you share how it was ?
Yes, I took it. Very straightforward. Build out cash flow for an already owned asset, no debt. Then another part where you're doing a very high-level portfolio comparison.
Did you have to model any rollover?
How much time did they give you to complete the exam? Also when you say high level portfolio comparison, what does that mean?
