London Real Estate Funds

Hi all, I’m unfamiliar with the PC market in the London space and was wondering about which funds are doing well in both the large cap and mid-market. I’m mostly looking at credit but also equity funds too or more creative financing / structures. Please suggest any I’m missing. Some below may be more Europe too, and some are large cap for US but have smaller teams in the UK as far as I understand.

I’m particularly interested in funds that may have less structured recruiting than the big firms, with needs for off-cycle etc.
