London REPE Fund Comp - Associate
Wanted to get some data points on total comp as bonus / raises start coming through for 2025. What are people currently seeing in the space? My general summary below. Will be pushing for bonus closer to 75% but want to see if that is reasonable.
Average Fund Size: £500M -£1B
Average Hours worked: 50
Base / Bonus: £105K / 30%
Carry: TBD but expecting ~1-2%
