Looking for a mentor for career transition - I have 6 years working experience in brokerage

Hi Guys,

I have been working at a large brokerage for almost 7 years, focusing on capital markets analysis and lease analysis. I am not in a legit Capital Markets team but my team also handles investment/sales deals, as well as large lease analysis, across all asset types nationwide. I participated in some well-known deals.

Due to some status issues, I have not been able to leave my current job but I will be in 2024. I am looking for a role in acquisition or asset management, either debt or equity. Given my working experience, I feel it is very difficult to land a job at buy-side. I appreciate it if any of you would like to be my mentor to help me evaluate my current situation and potential opportunities.

Please leave a comment or message me if you are interested, and I will reach out. I would like to exchange any information that I can share. Thanks everyone.
