Looking for access to a Green Street Advisors report
Hi all,
I came across a study conducted by Green Street Advisers titled "Beyond the Beyond the IRR Model – Transportation Revolution: The Impact of Ride-Hailing and Driverless Vehicles on Real Estate". However the report is not open to the public. Can anyone help me get a copy of the report?
I'd really appreciate your help.
Dave Bragg wrote it. I would just email him and ask for permission and a copy. My guess is that he'll say yes as that piece is almost a year old and he still believes the thesis. His email is [email protected]. Just make sure and use your .edu address.

I think you should go to Newport Beach, post up in the lobby of their building, and ask every person that walks through the door "Are you Dave Bragg?" "Excuse me are you Dave Bragg?" until you get him. Then you can ask him in person. Much more impactful
Bumping this thread. Can anyone offer any insight into Green Street pricing? Do they charge by report? By month? I assume there are a whole host of different pricing models. But any insight would be appreciated.
Annual cost with a certain number of users. Think ours is like $40k or something like that for 6 or so accounts.
Wow, so about $6,700/user, and I assume you get volume discount. What type of access does that allow for you? General access or just geographic-specific access (like CoStar).
If you use their trading desk you can use soft dollars to get access as well, though they charge higher commissions than most places.
I have no context on what you're saying. Green Street has a trading desk? Is that virtual or physical? And what are "soft dollars" in this context? Thx.
