M&A vs. Real Estate
Hi all,
-- This topic may have been explored in other posts but I couldn't find any. --
Recently graduated from the EBS Universität (Undergrad - Bachelor in General Management // Finance), I got admitted to EDHEC in Septembre (MiM Financial Economics) and I am still wondering what to do later. On the one hand, I am still very interested in the trendy M&A field - very lucrative and prestigious. On the other hand, Real Estate seems to be a great industry to work in - better work/life balance.
I know that EDHEC is very famous in France and many kids find placements in Corporate Finance quite easily. However, I was wondering if this is the case for Real Estate. I do not want to waste my time trying to break into Real Estate Finance while studying at EDHEC if it is not a target school in the industry (as opposed to the Investment Banking Industry in France).
Is anyone willing to elaborate? Have you ever seen someone getting into RE from M&A? Or the other way around?
Thanks in advance.
Only Kopteh, bummer your thread hasn't had a response yet. Sometimes bots are smarter than humans anyways:
