Managing commissions in CRE leasing
What are folks using to manage their commissions in the broker world? I find that I'm constantly chasing landlords to pay commissions after leasing out office space. It's partly my fault as I also forget from time to time that I haven't been paid yet. Anyone else has this problem? What systems are you using to stay on top of this?
