Speaking to the exit ops. At ES it's not as important which team you're on compared to other brokerages. If you're on the Spies/Harmon team at Newmark you'd probably get the same if not better looks than someone at ES but not so much if you're on Joe Shmoe's team out of Fargo North Dakota.
Exactly right. Eastdil operates more like an IB group where they work a ton and only have offices in primary markets. All the others are much larger and have presence in secondary markets as well.
As others have said it's team dependent for all others. ES gets looks no matter the team because they get deals from all over the US while only having offices in major metros and not local to the deal. I think that says enough right there.
