MBA/MSRE: Straight out of undergrad (Advice)

I will be graduating at the end of this semester. With how tough the job market has been I applied to several graduate school programs to have as a backup plan. I have been getting accepted into programs and have a date I must accept/decline by. I am slowly starting to hear back from some companies and am still waiting to hear from quite a few others.I don’t want to end up declining grad school offers and being left with no job/a job I am not interested in, and vis versa. How would you play this?

You can put a deposit down and if you find a job you would rather have by then just don't go to school. Downside is you have to eat the deposit. Don't think this is a bad thing to do in the current environment.
