MM IB to REGL or REPE
Hey Guys,
Hoping some people could shine some light on my current situation. Right now I’m an IB SA at a MM generalist firm. About to enter the FT recruiting cycle and want to leverage my RE degree and interest to find a REGL focused group or firm to join. Super interested in pursuing a career related to real estate, but especially hotels and leisure (dream to eventually be able to leave IB or REPE and start own resort group, ambitious ik lol). Anyone have any recommendations for places to look? Any insight into REGL comp/hours/culture/etc.? I have found a lot of info on BofA REGL and too REPE firms, but curious what is out there.
