The used car salesmen of real estate. Not just any used car either. These guys are the Nissan used car salesmen of real estate.
Middle markets or Marcus and Millichap?
If the first, what firm/city? Other firm it candidly is the used car salesmen stereotype. The office has shitty finishes, the guys are sketchy and slick and get training/are good at cold calling but is not the best reputation in the industry. They're dialing all day to get a lead and blasting out OMs.
