Move from NYC RE Investment Banking to Dallas / Atlanta / Charlotte for PERE for buyside role

Hi, guys.

Currently working within real estate investment banking boutique in New York (capital raising, financing, large portfolio and note sales) and am considering an offer to move to the buy side world. Real estate private equity certainly has its allure, but the company I am looking at would require me to re-locate to Charlotte, Atlanta or Dallas.

Anyone have a good idea on what both base salary and bonus structure would look like for a Senior Associate / Junior VP role within any of these cities in a real estate buy-side role? I have found a lot of PERE pay data but it is mostly for jobs in NYC. Just trying to get a feel for what I should expect since all of these places feature a lower cost of living.

Thanks!
