Analyst turnover is high (and not for exits), very MD-driven and associates / VP have minimal input, comp is probably standard to MS IB and a haircut as you go on, WLB is better than IB but work is very mid-market and asset-focused. You can exit but it'll be a tough one as the work is very niche and it will be a hard one to move up to a proper MF

Can I message you privately? I’d like some more insight if possible

Can you expand on the work load there? How is it niche and what do they focus on etc.
Why is analyst turnover high? What does the typical exit look like? Few recent exit spots I saw seem decent.
how was culture, and WLB, what were typical hours for analyst/associate and above?
Can confirm the limited exit options
Thanks. Does someone have insights on the case study?
