Analyst turnover is high (and not for exits), very MD-driven and associates / VP have minimal input, comp is probably standard to MS IB and a haircut as you go on, WLB is better than IB but work is very mid-market and asset-focused. You can exit but it'll be a tough one as the work is very niche and it will be a hard one to move up to a proper MF

 

Why is analyst turnover high? What does the typical exit look like? Few recent exit spots I saw seem decent.

how was culture, and WLB, what were typical hours for analyst/associate and above?
