Howdy everyone - quick favor to ask. I have seen a lot of interesting charts that detail the spread between the 10Y and cap rates back as far as 1980 with NCREIF as the source. Does anyone have access to that data / willing to share? All property types would be helpful, as well as just multifamily if possible.
