Need Help Breaking In

Hello all, I've been reading a lot of posts on this site about breaking into CRE, but I wanted some more tailored advice to my situation. I graduated from a large state school with a finance degree about 1.5 years ago and had a couple of internships in cre (investment sales) at smaller but decent firms during undergrad.

I also worked as a broker after graduation but that didn't pan out and after 4 months I couldn't support myself and was forced to get another job in an unrelated industry (sales gig) and that's where the trouble really started. Over the 6 months or so I've been networking and applying to various roles just trying to get a relevant job in the industry and it's been tough.

My long-term goal is to work at a dev shop but in the meantime, I'd be willing to work in AM, prop managment, valuations, at a bank, etc... just anything that could be relevant. Also considering MSRE. It's obvious I've made a series of mistakes so far but any advice would be appreciated.
