I am in the process of researching net lease brokerage firms ... who are the best players in this space?
Net lease more specifically defined as QSRs, Pharmacy (Walgreens/CVS), Automotive (Take-5, Quik), Dollar Store, C-Stores.
Am I right to assume that the best players in this space are National Net Lease Group, Marcus & Millichap, and Net Lease Advisers (Avison Young)?
