My name is Thomas and just want to introduce myself real quick.
I work as an Asset Manager for retail/office properties in a family office within New York Metropolitan area and I am looking to connect with other professionals. My intentions are very clear. I want to find contacts that deal with non-performing loans in their funds or banks or any other financial institutions. If that is not possible then can you guys suggest how to connect with people who deal with these loans?

DBRS has recently come out with a free interactive too. I think it is called iReports, and can tell you the status of CMBS loans
that is actually great, im checking it out right now and seems pretty good. although im curious how accurate is the data and if it is updated daily, weekly, monthly? i have to say that this forum is already very useful
