Just posting as I am new to the Forum, although not new to real estate, or lending. I am a former multi-state real estate flipper that migrated to lending to real estate investors and connected with DLP Capital 4+ years ago. I establish and maintain relationships with experienced/seasoned multifamily value add real estate investors (operators), spec builders, developers, RV Park (RVP) operators/developers, Mobile Home Park (MHP) operators/developers and self-storage operators/developers. We (DLP Capital) are a $4Billion asset operator in these spaces as well as a direct bridge lender to operators in these spaces, JV with seasoned operators on these asset types and have an Elite Membership Program to help operators in these asset classes 10X their business (like we have).
