Currently building out an OM / Pitch deck template. Most deals we have raised in the past are from high net worth's and family offices that we have had deep connections with and for that reason we haven't needed a OM to send out to larger institutions. Wondering if anyone here would be willing to send a template OM/ Pitch deck for developments. Obviously I would change a lot of the formatting and customize it for our company, but really don't want to build one from scratch.
