Anyone familiar with Oxford (specifically their NYC office)? Was wondering about anyone's thoughts about the firm in the US and/or if anyone is going/went through the process for the two analyst roles posted a while back.

Extremely bureaucratic. Underpaid vs PE. Fired their CEO in 2023 and haven’t done any investments since.

This was my reaction as well - my understanding was he wasn't fired, but it did definitely seem like he was forced to step down. The article I read at the time said he was going to stay involved, but he didn't, so probably some bad blood.
They’ve done deals… they’re both debt and equity in the US.
Is anyone going through their current recruiting process?
Are interviews out already? When I went through the process, it would have been an HR screen, round with analysts, excel test, then final round interview.
