Park Hill Real Estate Group
Has anyone interviewed with Park Hill Real Estate Group before? It's a placement agency for real estate funds. I have a superday there this Friday. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

All I know is they have wanted to fill a position for a while.
Bump..anyone?
Yeah did their superday last year. 3-4 rounds of 30 minutes interviews. 2 people per round. Some fit questions, some technical. Almost every round asked, "if you had to invest anywhere in any asset type/class, where, what, and why?" After the rounds, 45 or 60 minutes (can't remember) to complete a modeling test. basic level (IRR, cap rate) then include 2 essay type questions basically describing the assumptions you made during brief underwriting.
Interesting. I expected it to be much less technical since you are essentially underwriting fund managers instead of properties?
Well you are also underwriting their investments although manager underwriting plays a part...Park Hill makes money if the fund manager makes money. Park Hill also does traditional brokerage, so they will broker individual assets.
Is this for SA or FT?
