Pay in REPE and PRED and PERE

Haven’t seen a thread on this topic in a while, would be good to get updated numbers. What’s comp for an associate at a top tier REPE fund? How about a debt fund?

Format example:

  • Job title
  • Years of experience in RE
  • Location (or just provide HCOL, LCOL, etc)
  • Base + bonus + any carry
  • Your ability to use the search bar on a scale of 1-10
  • Amount of time that has passed since you last touched a woman

I was so confused, honestly. What is PRED?

Pretty sure that gets you banned from living near elementary schools

Ok not relevant now but was relevant before: - I was AN3 (1.5B AUM) - 3 years -HCOL only behind LA and NY - 85k base 10% bonus lol no carry - 11/10 - Last time was in 2020, hence why I am now in IB

Associate comp at the same PREDator REPE - 110k + 15% no carry

I would say I worked at pretty much bottom tier company that bragged about how much money we had so don’t be surprised about low comp
