Based on the most helpful WSO content, PGIM's bonus structure for analysts is discretionary, with first-year analysts typically receiving bonuses in the range of $20,000 to $30,000. While there isn't specific data in the context about senior associate bonuses or a fixed percentage like 40%, bonuses can fluctuate depending on performance, role, and seniority. Generally, as you move up from analyst to senior associate, bonuses tend to increase, reflecting higher responsibilities and contributions.

Any PGIM fellas on WSO?
Had interview with PGIM and was quoted for CRE analyst 80-85k with up to 20k bonus. This was originations in HCOL city. Was kinda of surprised and felt like this was low. Thought base would be at least 90k.
I've heard there is a big jump from analyst and associate up to senior associate in terms of bonus upside but not sure the numbers at each level. I'd think 40% might be a little high at the analyst level but know it's higher than that at Senior Associate.
The majority of their roles have posted ranges, expect typical bonuses for the department, location, and level. Also at that level there are some roles opening around, but they typically tell you the range in the interview.
I see the salary range but a 40% bonus is very different that the standard 10-25%
I woudln't assume a 40% bonus on any analyst team unless directly tied to originations team even then a 40% tgt in written is hard to achieve, typical is 10-15% analyst, then PnL tied people see 20-30% there are bonus trackers on here might not show PGIM, but think it would be inline with other shops, though I know on some teams they get access to teh ESOP or a form of RSU's so bonus might be lower by 5-10% with a higher lti built in. What's the hurt in asking during the HR screen
Associates on the deal teams make ~200k. Once you get to senior associate there is a big jump, especially for top performers (low to mid 300s). They generally pay below market, but the life style is a little better than a fund.
what is the culture and general work life balance like there? would you say the culture and stuff varies by office? how do people compete internally there since they have the agency business, the lifeco, and various debt funds? or is it more collaborative?
