I think superdays are happening right now. I heard someone already received an offer for the equity role.

What do you mean whose the source? I know someone who already got an offer to join the equity team for Summer 2027. That probably means the Superdays are happening right now?

Believe all offers are out, some specific locations might have different timelines but offers are out exactly 1 week after interviews.

If you haven't heard anything yet it's probably not a rejection, they're slow with RE recruiting specifically. Networking with an analyst on the team might get you a faster answer.
Offers are out strictly a week after the last round of interviews. Offers have till tomorrow to accept, most likely they are waiting for people to reject or accept and send rejections after.
If I had R1/Super Day last Wednesday, when should I expect to hear back?
Most likely next Thursday. Should be a week after the last date for interview slots.
Does anyone remember the hourly pay for this role?
I think it was in between $30 to $35.
Heard return offers are low a friend of mine who did the program this summer said only half of the interns got return offers
