PGIM Real Estate
I am looking into PGIM Real estate debt originations and acquisitions career opportunities. Wanna see if anyone knows their recent pay, 2022 at the senior associate / first year VP level. Also, would love to get your opinion on their culture, work life balance, career advancement at the senior associate level and internal mobility (I.e. moving around to different teams or regions after a few years at one spot). Thanks in advance!
80k + 15k bonus or something around that
Edit: didn’t see you write senior associate. This is for analyst sorry
.
What would be correct numbers?
Senior associate acquisitions, a little over 300.
LoL. AD $3 million then?
Curious what your source here is?
.
Buddy’s talking outta his ass.
What’s the breakdown between base and bonus? And is PGIM debt originations paying the same as acquisitions at the senior associate level?
VP base is 225-275k. From recent Originator job posting
The base seems high compared to other Life Co or investment managers
Doesn't make much sense to comp them against LifeCos anymore given their huge IM business. Think they've raised 2nd or 3rd most globally for debt funds over past 5 years. Makes more sense to comp them against CBRE IM and Invesco types IMO. Not sure if the VP comp is high compared to them though.
