Does anyone have experience moving from a multifamily only player to a shop doing all asset classes or a different asset class? Specifically focusing on large institutional players vs smaller developers.
Worried about getting pigeonholed but the job market is terrible so the multifamily only role is all I have.

I think this forum causes unnecessary fear about pigeonholing. Sure you won’t go from CoStar data analyst is to Starwood hotel acquisitions overnight, but I’m sure it could be possible overtime.
