POLL: If 2-3 days a week of WFH happens post COVID, are you willing to live further away (20-40 mins drive from CBD) to save some dough or will still be in CBD?

Yes or No poll. Curious how much of a draw CBD still has on people.

I'll go first, No for me. Still going to be in CBD for me post COVID. Living that far out is detrimental to dating/girls/mental health. But some will think otherwise.

What are your sentiments toward citilivin post COVID?

Anecdotal, want to share a PWC survey regarding return to office below to get some discussions going. Strong sentiment from employees to never want to be back in the office again, crazy!

Costar will probably hunt you down and murder you for posting their slides.

My pre-Covid commute was 22-ish minutes in the morning and 40-ish in the evening (5.2 hours a week). I'd move that to 1 hour each way if I only came into the office twice a week. And that 1 hour would probably be the equivalent of 1:15 or so pre-Covid given the likely reduced traffic. That would change everything.
