Post-REPE advancement

For a lot of people, looking for the next thing is a function of salary, and for me that is also an important factor. However, I am wondering what kind of roles you think could be a could fit for someone with my background. RE Development Analyst, with a CM background. What is the most work flexibility that you think I could find and still work in RE (without being a broker)? Is work from anywhere ever really possible in RE Investing, Development or PE if the assets in question are never just anywhere? If it’s not, which roles get close? I wouldn’t count in traveling for work as flexibility. Any ideas would be appreciated!
