Prop Management to REPE

Hey, my first discussion so let's see how this goes :)

Basics: I'm a property manager for a commercial/mixed-use portfolio at a small london firm of property consultants/managers. completed a BA and a PG diploma in unrelated topics.

looking to set myself up for a move into REPE, e.g. with overseas funds dabbling in the UK. wondering if its worth pursuing further qualifications or what to go for - considering CFA, CAIA or AssocRICS

any tips or ideas appreciated :)

Do it through a firm that is vertically integrated. Hines, Greystar, etc. I’ve seen it happen. It’s rare, but I’ve seen it happen
