Working at a GSE, typically what are the raises without a promotion. Last year was promoted with a 19% raise and 5% added to my bonus structure. This year I took on far more as people were let go above me. But my title won't change as they won't promote year over year. Aka already been "promised" a promotion next year. We shall see on that, but looking at typical raise increases on GSE's
