RE Development to REPE

Had Master of Architecture, worked as an architect for almost 10 years, then received Master of Real Estate in Investment and Finance in one of the two good programs in NYC. Worked as PM for 1.5 years in CB/JLL equivalent, and now working as a development manager in RE. Have deal structure/equity&financing/underwriting exposures but a heavy portion of work now is still related to construction. What’s likely to be the next step career path that I need to take, in order to get into REPE? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Charles Lowrey went from architect to investment banking to head of PGIM to CEO of Prudential Financial.

Missed the Harvard MBA in between there

The similarities could be instead of CEO of Prudential Financial, he’s CEO of Eyhabaefkjtdrxmjnr Capital.
