RE firms in Philadelphia

Looking for development and repe shops in Philly, NJ and the surrounding areas I'm looking at as well, so if you have any, suggest them please. Yes, I've already searched Google and have found a few firms, but many don't have websites or any contact info. Any of you monkeys know any? Would be a big help.

EDIT: I should've added, does anyone know a good method to get emails? Should I just guess at common formats or are there other resources?

Lubert-Adler, Exeter Property Group, Rubenstein Partners, Equus Capital Partners, and Centersquare Investment Management are some Philadelphia REPE firms with a good track record. They're all a bit different, like Exeter is mainly industrial and Rubenstein is mostly office. Some of them also do development. For REITs, Brandywine Realty Trust and Independence Realty Trust are good ones. Liberty Property Trust used to be another good one, but it got acquired by Prologis. I am not sure if they have any presence in the Philadelphia area still, but they closed their Wayne headquarters and laid off a lot of people so I doubt it. Each of the companies I mentioned have a lot of good info on their websites, such as employees/management, funds, properties, etc if you want to look into them further.

I’m a fun guy. Obviously I love the game of basketball. I mean there’s more questions you have to ask me in order for me to tell you about myself. I'm not just gonna give you a whole spill... I mean, I don't even know where you're sitting at

No problem
