RE trends?

Hello everyone,

I'd love to hear from all the amateurs or experts in real estate what you think the current important trends are within RE. It's a foreign sector to me but I have been trying to get into it, so I guess could you give a few things about what's happening on the residential side and on the commercial side.

Thanks
