Green Street bought the Company that owned REA, CMA and Asset Backed Alert in the last few years. Green Street now has it on their platform along with the associated CLO / CMBS databases. Personally, I would say both are somewhat interesting week to week. As with any publication, some of it you can find elsewhere, and some is their own special reports.

CMA and REA are both available on a Bloomberg terminal (at least last time I checked) as well. It’s a bit tricky to find - I can’t remember the 3 letter Bloomberg cmd off hand…it’s something arbitrary…will post if I remember.
