Does anyone know how much Real Estate Alert or Commercial Mortgage Alert costs? I have also heard it is available through Greenstreet, but not sure if that's accurate.

I get them from an email from Green Street weekly. Not sure this helps but it’s a data point.
I’m an equity guy and think CMA is actually more useful on a week to week basis. Wondering if anyone else agrees. REA occasionally has super useful info though….like a list of every REPE fund and their dry powder

Green Street bought the Company that owned REA, CMA and Asset Backed Alert in the last few years. Green Street now has it on their platform along with the associated CLO / CMBS databases. Personally, I would say both are somewhat interesting week to week. As with any publication, some of it you can find elsewhere, and some is their own special reports.
CMA and REA are both available on a Bloomberg terminal (at least last time I checked) as well. It’s a bit tricky to find - I can’t remember the 3 letter Bloomberg cmd off hand…it’s something arbitrary…will post if I remember.
