Real estate banking internships
I'm finishing up my Sophomore internship at a RE dev. firm and have begun applying for next summers intern positions. I'm leaning fairly heavily toward the banking side of real estate for my final summer and best case scenario would land a real estate banking internship position. That being said, I am confident with my resume, past experience, and connections I can at least get a foot in the door at most places. What would be the best programs to apply to? I know JPM has a dedicated CRE summer analyst program, but have struggled to find anything else quite like it anywhere else.

Assuming you're talking about lending and not REIB, I've seen interns at JPM, Wells Fargo, and US Bank in their real estate banking groups. Network and apply everywhere and look at local regional banks as well.
PNC also has a real estate lending internship.
Good chance a lot of other regional banks do as well.
