Real Estate Career Options

Struggling with what to do in my career.I've worked in commercial real estate (REPE & Dev) for 3/4 years and hate it.Maybe because I'm doing lower level work but I absolutely hate the analysis & little BS I've had to do in my roles. I can force myself to be analytical but I constantly feel like I'm forcing a square peg into a round hole. I feel like I'm always preparing some sort of analysis for a higher up, tracking down some boring document, or just generally worrying about details while staring at excel. Im just bored.I went to a top 10 undergrad and have takin the GMAT and believe with my background I can get into a top 5 MBA program but I'm struggling with deciding what I would want to pursue after.Im very personable and LOVE building relationships. I am what most would call a "big picture" or more "strategic" thinker and living in the weeds has me seriously depressed if I'm being honest.I find myself jealous of friends in sales due to their flexibility of time and ability to succeed by building strong relationships, yet making that move doesn't seem to make sense given my academic background. I also know RE brokerage is not for me since they're basically analysts without getting ownership.I know there has to be a place for someone like me in business, especially if I can secure a degree from a top MBA program, but I don't know what that place is?Any help?Thank
