Real Estate DCF Modelling Test

Hi all :) I have a modelling test coming up in a few days for a Valuations role in REPE. I am expected to build a DCF from scratch for a single asset (likely logistics, but could be anything).

Is anyone aware of good RE DCF modelling tests/good models to practice on out there? I've found that it's easy to find acquisition/underwriting models but DCF is harder to find. Also looking to improve general RE modelling skills, so just detailed modelling tests (with granular rent rolls, releasing probabilities, tenancy incentives, stuff like that) would also be very much appreciated :)

Thanks!
