Hey-
I've taken break into CRE courses, ACRE's accelerator, and work in ARGUS and Excel for my current job in investment sales. What would be the "next step" for upping my Excel game in particular? I'm learning Power BI on the side as well. Any tips/resources of where to go next/explore would be appreciated.
