Real estate private debt

I have an interview with a bank in real estate private debt and I'll have to prepare a case study on excel (cash flows modelling).
Do you have any idea on what could the case be?
Honestly I want to help but any time I see a thread from a new account about CRE debt, I’m worried it might be crepassion/ what’smyname and it will be a total waste of my time

I would probably ghost them now. You don't want to embarrass yourself more than you already have and absolutely get dogged on the modeling test. You know you're not getting the job. Save yourself the hassle and stay in loan asset management.
