I know that you think this is funny but they’ve had exclusives on roles from Artemis (DC, Atlanta), Related (Miami), Federal Capital Partners (DC). Some of those jobs paid $200k+ for associates. It really depends on who the rep is. Obviously there are some bad recruiters there because they’re huge, but the young woman who does southeast REPE kills it and she’s like 25 or 26

Read the comments on the comp thread, $200k is great for most users of this forum. Especially in the southeast.
What would you consider good comp to be for an associate. If you could break out by base and bonus. That would help.
